Our Deepest Condolences...

I would like to take this opportunity to convey my families, friends, and employee’s deepest condolences to our Polish community on the loss of Poland’s President, Lech Kaczynski, First Lady Maria Kaczynski, and the many souls that were lost in the accident. Poland is a dear friend of the USA and especially here in Chicago. In honor of those who perished in this tragedy, Garden Fresh Market will display the Polish flag in its stores. As always, We remain a friend of the Chicagoland Polish community, offering our Polish customers a wide selection of Polish food products, both locally made and imported. May the memory of those lives lost be remembered and blessed forever. Adi Mor

Most fruits and veggies produce Ethylene gas as they ripen. This is harmless to us but not to our leafy vegetables that are very sensitive to ethylene gas. Storing apples in the same bin as lettuce will cause the lettuce to decay faster escalating your monthly grocery bill.
