Two Recipies for the Price of one!

Our first recipe comes from GFM Donna's Deli Chef, Donna Pieracci and is a delicious Crunch Onion Pork Chop. The second recipe comes from Maria Karahalios who is GFM's Produce Partner. You can find all of the ingredients for both at your local Garden Fresh Market- and would go GREAT with some homemade french fries- or sweet potato fries. Sweet Potatoes are on sale this week for $.49/lb!

Crunch Onion Pork Chops INGREDIENTS:
~6 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
~1 can (6 oz) fried onion crumbled
~1/4 cup flour
~2 eggs beaten

Combine flour and crumbled onion. Dip pork chop in beaten egg and coat with fried onion mixture and place on a baking sheet. Baked at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until pork is no longer pink.

Maria's Cole Slaw INGREDIENTS

~1 bunch parsley chopped
~1 red onion chopped
~1 cup mayonnaise
~1 juice from 2 lemons (on sale this week 4/$1.00)
~1 tsp. salt

Toss all ingredients, serve and enjoy!!!

For Dessert, you can try some fresh baked Cuisine de France Brownies ($.89 each this week) or a Skinner Coffee Cake ($2.99 this week).
